REFUND POLICY

 

[Returns]

If the product you received does not meet your needs, please request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Go to "Order Details" and select "Request Return", then complete the required information to submit your request.
  • If the request is made after the 7-day period, we will not be able to process the return.
  • If we do not receive your return package within 10 days after your request, your return request will be canceled.

[Refunds]

Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method:

  • Credit Card: The refunded amount will be credited back to the same credit card used for the payment.
  • Convenience Store Payment: Please ensure that you enter the correct bank account details when submitting a return request. We will process the refund within 7 business days to your designated account.

 

[Exchanges]

  • To reduce the waiting time for exchanging products, we only support returns and repurchases, instead of direct exchanges.
  • If you need a different product, please complete the return process and place a new order.

 

[Important Purchase Guidelines]

  1. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period. Items must remain unopened and unused. If the product has been opened or used, returns/exchanges will not be accepted.
  2. If a returned product was part of a promotional discount, the corresponding discount amount must be refunded, and the price difference will be deducted from the refund.
  3. Please inspect your package within 7 days of receipt and ensure there are no defects, sizing issues, or incorrect items. If any issues arise, contact customer service immediately. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
  4. Returned items must be in brand-new condition. Items that are incomplete, have removed tags, have been opened, or show signs of use will not be accepted.
  5. Minor color differences due to screen display, size discrepancies within 2-3 cm, and perceived color variations are within internationally accepted quality standards and are not considered defects.
  6. Each order is eligible for one return request only. If the original order included a free gift, it must be returned along with the product.

 

[Friendly Reminders]

  1. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check the details before submitting your order, as we do not support changes to product details, split orders, payment methods, or delivery options.
  2. If you need to update your shipping address or phone number, contact customer service immediately. If your order has already entered the shipping process, modifications will not be possible.
  3. If a package is not picked up within 7 days of shipment, and this occurs three times, the associated account will no longer be eligible for this delivery method.
  4. If you violate YOUZI ATELIER's purchase and return policies maliciously or repeatedly, the company reserves the right to suspend your account and refuse further service.
