CHANGE YOUR LANGUAGE
To change to your preferred language, click on the three dashes at the top left of the page. Scroll to the bottom of the menu page, then click on the 'Language and Currency' menu. Choose your preferred language and press Confirm.



HOW TO CHECKOUT
- Browse our collections through the menu. Choose the products and specifications you would like to check out. Then press on the 'Pre-order Goods', 'Add to Cart' or 'Buy Now' button.

Note: Most goods require a pre-order of approximately 14 days. Products that are available will be shipped directly according to the working hours.
- To proceed to the payment page, click on your shopping cart.

PAYMENT
- Check the items in your shopping cart.

- Log in to your account.
Note: If you currently do not have an account, you can register and log in through Facebook, LINE or Email. If you have an account, all your information will be automatically filled.

- Make sure that you are successfully logged in.

- Choose your preferred shipping method.
For shipments through 7-11 and Familymart, choose 'Convenient Store'.
For shipments directly sent to your address, choose 'Home Delivery'.

- CONVENIENT STORE (PAY IN ADVANCE)
- If you would like to pay in advance, choose '7-11 (Pay in advance) or Familymart (Pay in advance)'.


- Choose the payment method and fill in the payment details.

- CONVENIENT STORE (COD - CASH ON DELIVERY)
- If you would like to pay through cash on delivery, choose '7-11 (COD) or Familymart (COD)'.


- SELECTING PICKUP STORE
- To select the pickup store, click on the 'Please select pickup store' button.

- For shipments through 7-11, please follow these steps:
- Click on the 'Store ID' button
- Input the store number. You can view the store number at your 7-11 receipt.
- Press 'Enter'.


- Confirm and click on the store address.

- You will be directed to further confirm the store. Please follow the steps shown below.



- For shipments through Familymart, please follow these steps:
- Click on the 'Store ID' button at the most right.

- Input the store number. You can view the store number at your Familymart receipt.


- Click on the store address.

- Confirm the store address for your shipment.

- HOME DELIVERY
- For shipments directly to your home address, choose 'Home Delivery' and select 'POST OFFICE'.
- Choose the payment method.
If you would like to pay using credit card, select 'credit card' and fill in your payment details.

If you would like to pay through cash on delivery, select the 'COD' option. If you choose this method, please contact us through our WhatsApp +886955740869 or LINE @383pbvjp to confirm your order.
- BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPMENT DETAILS
- Enter your name, phone number and address.

- If your delivery address is the same as your billing address, choose 'Same as Billing'.

- If you would like to send your package to a different address, choose 'Add Recipient' or 'Use a Different Delivery Address' and fill in the shipping details.


- CONFIRM YOUR SHOPPING ITEMS AND PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
- Make sure you have checked the two boxes shown below.

- Check your order summary and click 'Pay Now'.
